GREDA Board is the executive body for decisions made by the General Assembly.

Competence activities of the board:

​

• Convenes and holds a general meeting of the association members;

• Elects the chairman of the board;

• Establishes the rules of relations with applicants and members;

• Develops and submits the strategic directions of the association activities to the General Assembly for approval;

• Approves financial report and activities performed by the association for submission to the General Assembly;

• Prepares the main directions, plans, and target programs of the association;

• Approves the issues raised by the group.
