N.N.L.E. "Small and Medium-Sized Hydropower Plant Development Association" is a non-profit (non-commercial) legal entity whose primary goal is to develop the usage of hydropower, improve the investment in this sector, promote fair competition and raise public awareness about the use of hydropower in Georgia.
