LLC Bakhvi Hydro Power is a subsidiary of the Silk Road Group. The company owns the Bakhvi 3 Hydropower Plant.

Bakhvi 3 HPP is a hydropower facility located in the Guria region, on the Bakhviskali River. It has an installed capacity of 9.8 MW and an average annual generation of 41 GWh. The plant has been successfully operating since the summer of 2015, supplying the electricity it generates to the markets of Georgia and Turkey.
